Ms. Nirit Zaavi serves as Deputy CEO of Azrieli Group as of March 2026, and continues to serve as General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Head of Internal Enforcement, roles she has held since October 2019.
Previously, Nirit served as Deputy General Counsel of the Group from 2014 to 2019. Prior to joining Azrieli Group, Nirit was an attorney at Yigal Arnon & Co., where she specialized in capital markets and securities law.
Nirit holds an LL.B. (cum laude) and a B.A. in Business Administration with a major in Information Technology (IT), both from Reichman University.
